1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to yumetoto. This platform is operated and managed by yumetoto Entertainment Ltd. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the yumetoto platform via our website at yumetoto.vu or our mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately. yumetoto reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use yumetoto's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority set by your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You do not have any clinically recognised or diagnosed gambling problem.
• Use of the yumetoto platform is subject to the laws applicable in your country or region of residence.
• You have never had a yumetoto account previously closed due to fraud, abuse, or a breach of terms.

Yumetoto reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at yumetoto. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
• Yumetoto will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

4. Deposits and Payments

Yumetoto accepts a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysia users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and membership tier.
• All deposits are processed in real time and will be credited to your account within minutes.
• Yumetoto does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you personally.
• Yumetoto reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity.

5. Withdrawal of Winnings

Yumetoto is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen method and current verification requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.
• Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit may require longer processing times and additional verification.
• Yumetoto reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review purposes if deemed necessary.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Yumetoto offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific rollover requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• The rollover requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Yumetoto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there are signs of misuse or fraud.
• Every promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will not be re-credited.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

7. Acceptable User Conduct

All yumetoto members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility while using our platform. yumetoto reserves the right to take action against any member who violates the following conduct guidelines:

• The use of automated software, bots, or any technical method to exploit games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players to cheat or gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security systems of yumetoto is a serious offence.
• The use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward staff or other members is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Yumetoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or requests from authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in your account (excluding bonuses with unfulfilled requirements) will be returned to you upon completion of the necessary verification process.

• Account closure requests from members will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for the recovery of balances or bonuses.
• Members whose accounts have been closed are not permitted to re-register without written authorisation from yumetoto.

9. Limitation of Liability

The yumetoto platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, yumetoto makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding our platform and services.

• Yumetoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.
• Yumetoto is not liable for service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Yumetoto's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Yumetoto takes our responsibility to protect your personal data seriously. All information you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

You consent to yumetoto collecting, processing, and storing your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as stated in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

11. Responsible Gaming
